{This test method covers the determination of resistance of lubricating greases to oxidation when stored under static conditions for a long period of time}

comprises of :

Imperial DRY HEAT BATH 6 place type

Consisting of a temperature insulated stainless steel jacket with a heater block of aluminum {(with heaters of 2 x 2000 watts capacity) operating temperature span: ambient to 200 deg C with an accuracy of 0.1C ,} comprising of 6 Oxidation bombs (AISI 304 stainless steel threaded body with opening lids) with al the required parts like 10 Gaskets for the Bomb, 50 glass dishes, 6 stainless steel holders, 6 quick fit joints for the bombs (Male & female), 6 bursting disks for the bomb, oxygen distributor with pressure gage and 4 nos. of ASTM 22C thermometers. This bath unit comes as a COMPLETE UNIT with 6-place type tests (with cables, connectors & pressure hoses)

b. Instrumentation & control system

This unit comprises of a SIEMENS PLC,
6 nos. of Pressure Transmitters
6 Pilot operated Ex. Proof Solenoid valves for the bombs
Computer P4 2.4Mhz 256 MB RAM, 120 GB HDD,
SIEMENS 5.7" Touch screen Monitor (Larger Screen Size shall cost more), Inkjet printer &
dedicated windows based menu driven software for recording and analysis of Pressure values.
